GOAL OF THE PROGRAM
To improve social/economic and hygienic conditions of Azatan, Lanjik, Arpeni, Bavra, Hovtun, Ghazanchi, Saraghiugh, Mets Sepasar villages of Shirak marz

ACTIVITIES
- Azatan
There will be constructed a new irrigation canal using semicircular reinforced pipes which will be mantled on special basements. In the result of the program there will be irrigated about 40 hectares of lands increasing the agricultural output for 30-40 %. Construction works will be contracted to a specialized construction company through a tender process.
The cost of the program is 2 500 000 dram.
- Lanjik
On the hill-side of the village there will be constructed a 350 meters length d=50 mm synthetic pipeline. More than 40 households will at last have drinking water in thier houses.The community will contribute constructing a pump house and an electro pump. The work will carry out a construction company
The cost of the program is 2 150 000 dram.
- Ghazanchi
The captures of 5 artesian springs will be cleaned from silt and other dirt. The concrete-made reservoir will be repaired and fenced. A new pipeline (1000 meters d=150mm) will be constructed providing 30-40 % increase of drinking water. All the households of the village will benefit from the program.
The cost of the program is 3 026 800 dram.
- Saraghiugh
The drinking water sources are situated about 10 kilometers far from the village in the territory of highland pastures. In the result of kneading the upper coverage of the springs by the animals the quantity of drinking water has decreased about 40 %. For these reason the area will be fenced with metallic nets, and springs will be repaired. All the households will benefit from the program.
The cost of the program is 2 136 700 dram.
- Mets Sepasar
The drinking water reservoir and the captures will be cleaned and repaired. There will be constructed a new 200 meters length d=110 mm metallic pipeline. For chlorination a 10 cubic meters capacity tank will be mantled near the reservoir.
The cost of the program is 1 600 000 dram.
- Hovtun
The captures of two artesian springs will be cleaned from silt and other dirt then repaired and fenced. A 300 meters sector of drinking pipeline will be repaired and a new 2000 meters length pipeline will be constructed.
The cost of the program is 4 094 000 dram.
- Arpeni
Five captures will be cleaned, concreted and isolated. There will be constructed 340 meters d=50 mm synthetic pipeline from the captures up to the reservoir. The latter will be repaired and isolated with the help of special chemical materials.
The cost of the program is 1 959 000 dram.
- Bavra
There will be implemented 300 meters of drinking water project using d=50 mm and d=110 mm synthetic pipes. From 4 artesian captures the water will be collected in the main pipeline. The captures will be cleaned and concreted.
The cost of the program is 1 869 900 dram.
